Malloy & Son Funeral Home

John ButtacavoliJohn Buttacavoli passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012. He was born and grew up in Houston, Texas. He spent many years working in reservations and sales at major hotels in Houston, then, later he moved to the Clear Lake area where he owned and operated a small business.

After retiring he moved to Galveston where he bought an old Victorian home that he loved very much. He was very happy living in Galveston and made many friends. He was an only child and loved his mother very much. He loved animals, especially his cats. He is survived by a few cousins and his very close friends.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 19th at noon at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 2506 65th Street, Galveston. A luncheon celebrating John's life will be held immediately after the service at Malloy & Son Funeral Home, 3028 Broadway, Galveston.

Memorial donations may be made to the Galveston Humane Society, 6814 Broadway, Galveston, TX 77551.
