Santa Fe City Council, in a special meeting on Tuesday, voted 4-0 to not accept assignment of real property and to not authorize an earnest money payment, for property discussed only in executive session.

Thus, the city council also voted unanimously to table action regarding an engagement letter with Randall-Porterfield Architects, Inc. for building design services.

No other action items were on the agenda.  Council Member Wanda Wagner did not attend the meeting, but participated in executive session discussion of the real estate issue by telephone. Agenda
