A past recipient of the State Bar of Texas Award of Merit, the WBA is excited about the upcoming year with many new faces and outreach programs. “This is a very well-rounded Board that fully supports this volunteer-run organization with their expertise and enthusiasm,” said Rolon, “and we are excited to bring many new programs to The Woodlands legal community.”  The newly-elected Board plans to continue its successful monthly Continuing Legal Education program, as well as its Annual Wills for Heroes event in the fall and the Transition to Practice program for newly-licensed attorneys.   

The Woodlands Bar Association was founded in 2006 to promote and develop the legal profession in The Woodlands, to provide networking and continuing legal education opportunities for its members, and to provide community service in areas where the members of the Association can use their unique legal skills to provide service to others.
