Port of Orange Board of Commissioners

The Port of Orange Board of Commissioners on Monday voted unanimously to approve a six-month extension to a consulting agreement with Tim Richardson.

Richardson has represented the port and other entities in obtaining funds related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

The board selected Port Director and CEO Gene Bouillion as the port's representative for the American Association of Port Authorities.

The board voted unanimously to approve a warehouse space lease with Specialized Construction, as discussed in executive session.

The board took no action on other items discussed in closed session.

All other action items were approved by unanimous vote. Commissioner Keith Wallace was absent. Agenda
