The Clear Creek Independent School District Board of Trustees on Monday voted unanimously to award a $1,927,000 contract to Generocity Services for the construction of renovations and upgrades to Hall and Landolt elementary schools.
The board voted to award a $1,012,500 contract to Generocity Services for renovations and upgrades to BaeurSchlag, Falcon Pass, Gilmor, Goforth, Robinson, Stewart and Weber elementary schools.
Both contracts will be funded through proceeds from the 2013 bond referendum.
The board voted to approve a change order for a contract for the Clear Creek High School Project.
The change order will increase the Guaranteed Maximum Price of the contract by $253,625 to reflect a change to the contingency allowance plus a 1.45 percent construction manager's fee.
The board voted to dedicate the Clear Brook Art Wing at Clear Brook High School in the name of Alicia Jane Moore, a former art teacher at the school. Moore served as one of the two original art teachers when Clear Brook High School opened. She retired after 28 years of service.
All items were approved. All votes were unanimous with Trustee Ken Baliker absent. Agenda
