CLRMC Supports Keep Kids In School Golf Tournament
Clear Lake Regional Medical Center has again become a major sponsor for the Keep Kids in School Golf Tournament benefiting Communities In Schools-Bay Area. The Bay Area's premier golf tournament will be held April 10 at Bay Oaks Country Club in Bay Area Houston.
Since 2009, CLRMC has donated more than $78,000 to support the CIS-Bay Area program that keeps kids on the path of success through graduation and beyond, serving Clear Creek and Dickinson ISDs. The medical center also acts as an Adopt-A-School partner for Bayside Intermediate.
"Clear Lake Regional Medical Center is happy to support Communities In Schools-Bay Area because investing in education now is an investment for the success of everyone's well-being. We are ensuring that children are educated and will become successful adults thus creating a bright workforce," said Rita Cunningham, marketing director of the center.
