The Supreme Court of Texas on Thursday heard oral arguments in the matter of Galveston County Judge Mark Henry vs. Galveston County 56th District Court Lonnie Cox.
The case involves Cox's order to set a court administrator's salary, and whether the appeals court properly upheld a temporary injunction requiring Henry to hire a certain court administrator, Bonnie Quiroga, and pay her a certain salary.
