Port Arthur City Council did not hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, due to lack of a quorum.

Mayor Pro Tem Raymond Scott opened the meeting. However, a majority of the council was not present, and Scott closed the meeting after roll call. Agenda

The city council is scheduled to hold a special meeting on Friday at 10 a.m. to discuss and possibly take action regarding the city's existing contract with Landmark Structures I, LP for the Terminal Road Elevated Storage Tank and Pump Station Project. Agenda
