Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Board of Commissioners

The Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Board of Commissioners on Monday voted unanimously to approve a professional service agreement with Meyer & Associates, Inc.

The agreement is for a multi-year project to install tracks at the City Docks facility, a 200-acre terminal with 12 deep-water berths.

The board voted to approve an addendum to a real estate lease option agreement with Lake Charles Methanol, LLC. The addendum extends the lease option from March 31 to August 31

The board voted to approve a ground lease with Magnolia LNG, LLC.

All action items were approved. No executive session was held and no items listed in executive session were discussed or acted upon. All votes were unanimous with Commissioner Elcie J. Guillory absent. Agenda
