Grand Kids Festival



The 22nd annual Grand Kids Festival took
place on Saturday on Postoffice Street in
Galveston’s historic downtown Cultural Arts
District.

Each spring families come from
near and far to take in the wide array of
activities and entertainment for children
offered free to the public.




Produced by The Grand 1894 Opera House, the Festival is recognized as one of the
Gulf Coast region's premier family spring events and is designed as an avenue to
introduce children and their families to the arts.



Grand Kids Festival



The Festival offered live entertainment on
four outdoor stages, as well as on The
Grand’s stage indoors, and featured over
40 activity booths - each
showcasing a
variety of unique, hands-on activities for
children and their families to enjoy.
