Fort Bend County Commissioners Court today voted unanimously to approve a standard utility agreement with Enterprise Crude Pipeline LLC, in an amount not to exceed $1,490,449 for utility relocations regarding the FM 1093/Westpark Extension Project.

The commissioners court held a public hearing regarding a replat of the Quail Park Reserves E and F. No action was taken on the item. The commissioners court heard comments from two members of the public regarding the item.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to deny a request by Leon Hu to waive penalty and interest totaling $409 on property taxes from Tax Year 2016.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve a request to transfer $5,249 from non-departmental contingency funds and into the Indigent Defense Program for additional part-time hours.

The commissioners court took no action regarding a lease agreement with SprintCom, Inc. for the lease of roof space for a cellular telephone antenna and equipment on the Travis Annex. The item was pulled from the agenda.

The commissioners court took no action regarding a request by the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office for a towing fee study. Commissioner Andy Meyers stated he had questions regarding the study, noting that there was legislation that may impact towing. Listen (1:33)

The commissioners court voted unanimously to award a contract to Apex Consulting for the design/build of a pavilion at Bates Allen Park.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve and accept a proposal letter concerning a settlement in the subrogation matter of Jerry Pavliska, as discussed in closed session.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
