Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Board of Commissioners

The Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Board of Commissioners on Monday voted unanimously to award a contract to Lard Oil Company to supply motor fuel.

The board voted unanimously to authorize a warehouse lease agreement and outside storage agreement with Arrow Terminals, Inc., as well as release and cancellation of another warehouse lease agreement with Arrow.

The company moved into another warehouse, requiring a new agreement.

The board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the January 22 meeting.

The board met in executive session to discuss various items, but took no action resulting from those discussions.

No other action items were on the agenda. Commissioner David Darbone was absent. Agenda
