Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Board of Commissioners

The Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Board of Commissioners on Monday voted unanimously to enter into a professional services agreement with Moffatt & Nichol for the design of the rehabilitation of Berth 9 at City Docks.

The board voted unanimously to authorize a $6,200 settlement with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality related to a violation in 2010 and 2011.

The board voted took no action regarding an amendment to a real estate lease option agreement with Lake Charles Methanol, LLC. The item was removed from the agenda.

The board took no action resulting from any items discussed in closed session.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
