Brazoria County Commissioners Court on Tuesday voted unanimously to solicit requests for statements of qualifications for contractors to conduct residential elevations for flood mitigation recipients.

As part of the motion, the commissioners court appointed Joe Ripple, Nancy Friudenberg, Glenn LaMont, Elvia Soto, Natasha Stulberg and Steve Pratt to a committee to evaluate the responses.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to appoint Deborah Davison to the City of Manvel Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve the purchase of a tractor and slope mower for the Central Service Center. The item was corrected to reflect a change in the amount from $138,051 to $140,852.

The commissioners court took no action resulting from items discussed in closed session.
