Fort Bend County Commissioners Court today voted unanimously to approve a standard utility agreement with DCP Intrastate Network, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $183,474 for utility relocations regarding the FM 762/FM 2759 Mobility Bond project.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve a contract with Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 174 for election services related to the November 6 election.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to negotiate for a term contract to Aramark for commissary management services for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to award a contract to Origami Risk for Risk Management Services.

The commissioners court took no action regarding an amendment to Work Authorization No. 3 regarding an agreement for professional services with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. for the transit facility. The item was pulled from the agenda.

The commissioners court took no action regarding a separate amendment to the agreement with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. related to the transit facility. The item was pulled.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to reject all bids and not re-advertise for a term contract for a grant writer for the county's Health & Human Services Department.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve employee, retiree under age 65, leave of absence and COBRA rates for the Fort Bend County Benefit Medical and Dental plans effective January 1.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to approve a motion regarding Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. and Audi of America, LLC, et al, as discussed in closed session.

The commissioners court took no action resulting from executive session discussions regarding security devices or security audits.
