Taylor Lake Village City Council on Wednesday voted unanimously to adopt a property tax rate of $0.2626 per $100 valuation for the 2018 Tax Year.

Revenues from the tax rate are all dedicated to maintenance and operation of the city.

The city council voted to continue a $10,000 residential homestead exemption for those 65 years of age or older or disabled.

The city council voted to adopt the city's FY2019 Budget. Budget

The city council voted to appoint Harvey Burns as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The city council voted to adopt an ordinance providing for a penalty to defray costs for the collection of delinquent property taxes.
