Ride Free to the Polls on Saturday, 10/27 & Election Day

In accordance with the Texas Election Code, Missouri City will hold a General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018. Early voting began Monday, Oct. 22 and will end at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2.  

Missouri City residents may cast their votes at any of the polling locations within their County. For more information on voting locations and times, please see links below:

To assist residents with transportation to and from the polling places on Saturday, Oct. 27 and Nov. 6, METRO is offering free rides on the 363 MCTX Community Connector and 364 Flex Route services. To make a reservation, call 713.739.3823. 

The positions on the 2018 General Election ballot for Missouri City are:

  • Mayor
  • At-Large Position #1
  • At-Large Position #2 

The term of office for these positions is two years: November 2018 to November 2020. City Council Members voted 4-3 to move the general elections from May to November during their Oct. 17, 2016, Regular Meeting.
