Pearland City Council on Monday voted unanimously to award a $2,403,637 contract to Tandem Services for the construction of the Green Tee Terrace Bike and Pedestrian Trail Project.

The city council voted unanimously to award a $1,663,959 contract to Texas Wall and Landscape, LLC for the Shadow Creek Ranch Bike/Pedestrian Trail Project.

The city council voted 5-0-1, with Derrick Reed abstaining, to renew a unit supply contract for water/wastewater treatment chemicals and water analysis services with PVS Minibulk, in an amount not to exceed $347,500.

The contract was renewed for a term beginning January 15, 2019 and continuing through January 14, 2020.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council Member Trent Perez was absent. Agenda

During the meeting, the city council held discussion regarding potential projects for a 2019 bond package. The city had directed staff in April to evaluate three funding levels of projects totaling $120 million.
