Kemah City Council on Wednesday voted unanimously to ratify an agreement with Kemah 519, Inc. setting forth the services to be provided to an approximately 3.9 acre tract if the tract is annexed into the city.

The city council voted unanimously to approve a contract with Galveston County for election services related to the May 2019 election.

The city council voted 3-0 to approve a request for a billboard at 1442 State Highway 146. Council Member Matt Wiggins recused himself from the vote.

The city council voted unanimously to postpone action regarding establishment of the Kemah Growth Fund.

The city council voted unanimously to postpone action regarding the appointment of Don Johnson to the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District Board of Directors.

The city council voted unanimously to postpone discussion of the July 11, 2018 meeting and the actions leading up to that meeting.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Mayor Carl Joiner and Council Member Robin Collins were absent. Mayor Pro Tem Kyle Burks presided over the meeting. Agenda
