Jamaica Beach City Council on Monday voted unanimously to rescind the award of the 2018 Culvert Cleaning Contract previously awarded to All Point Inspections.

The contractor contacted the city and advised that they would not be able to perform the contract work.

The city council voted unanimously to award the 2018 Culvert Cleaning Contract to Specialized Maintenance Services, in the amount of $24,559 funding from the reserve infrastructure fund.
