Nassau Bay City Council on Monday voted unanimously to approve an order calling an election for May 4 to elect three council members.

Council Members Don Matter, John Mahon and Bob Warters, who hold Positions 1, 3 and 5, respectively, have terms expiring in May.

The city council voted to appoint Bob Warters, Jim Edwards, Carl Drexel and Jerry Newberry to the Street Task Force.

The city council voted to approve the Parks & Recreation Committee/Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful's recommendation to install a “Little Free Library” in the Nassau Bay parks system.
The city council voted to appoint Pete Saroka to the NASA Area Management District Board of Directors.

The city council voted to approve a motion to create a joint task force of the city council and Nassau Bay Economic Development Corporation on economic development activities.

All action items were approved. All votes were unanimous with all Bryce Klug absent. Agenda
